This includes, but is not limited to, furniture, personal belongings, and any other items that may be in the way. We are not liable for any damage to items left in the cleaning area.
You must inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products prior to the service. We may use eco-friendly products, but it is your responsibility to communicate any specific health concerns. If you have pets, you must ensure they are secured away from the cleaning area during the service.
You must provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify you as soon as possible.
You agree to pay for the services rendered as per the agreed-upon rates. Any additional services requested on-site may incur extra charges. We do not provide refunds for services once completed, and you are responsible for ensuring payment is made promptly.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services.
